The hotel has all the necessary infrastructure to welcome you and do things well. We traveled as a family at Christmas and it was amazing. We enjoyed ourselves, were very well received, and the interaction with children of all ages was wonderful. So close to home, but it feels like we're in another place. I love this place.

We spent Carnival with family and friends and the service was excellent. The food was very well prepared, there was only a slight delay in getting our room ready when we arrived. Recreation for all ages and the staff were very attentive and won over everyone from the little ones to the adults, congratulations. The yoga sessions at the hotel were wonderful moments, congratulations, we deserved such a pleasant break, even during Carnival!!!!!
I found it complete, with good entertainment, food, and rooms. I highly recommend it.

A week's vacation! The best! The hotel is very large, it feels like a city! The rooms are very comfortable, and the room service is excellent! All the staff are very friendly, polite, kind, and very welcoming. The restaurant is sensational! A great variety of food, including excellent quality, very well seasoned! All the meals are excellent! My pet was also very well treated by everyone! The staff are very creative and concerned about the guests! I highly recommend it!
